Nutrition Series 3 - Conclusion

How do you feel?


You have concluded the Nutrition 3 series. How did these 6 weeks feel?

…How do you now feel? Hopefully satisfied and with a big smile on your face!!!!

It is sometimes difficult to quantify the progress we make when we are continuously making small steps forward. When we continiously making small changes to daily routine until they are part of our life and we dont even have to think about them. But even more important is that you are now powered with knowledge.  Knowledge drives belief and belief drives habits. 

Having read quite a lot of content ask yourself if you can explain what have you leanrt to others? This is the biggest queue that what you are doing is right for you. Being excited and able to convey your new habits to others.


But let’s summarize what you have achieved during these 6 weeks shall we?

  1. In the first week you tried out the carnivore diet, and also understood the digestion importance.
  2. You then deeped dived into some of the critical hormons like Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone and we discussed on how to balance them
  3. In the third week, it was a big week!!! We learned how to fast safely and did a prolonged fasting.
  4. Since this series was all about balance, we then used a CGM to understand how to introduce healthy carbs back into your weekly diet. I am sure this was a great experience, was it not? You must have learnt so much about yourself.
  5. In the last week of the series we highilghted how important it is to be mindful in everything we do and how mindfulness can help us achieve the right balance and thrive.

Take a moment to reflect back in time

Sometimes when we have made steps forward and we see our goals becoming a reality we tend to forget about where we started. It is important from time to time to reflect back, have gratitude and give yourself a big smile.

  1. Take a moment to reflect back where all this started from by reading what you submitted in form “My Profile”. You should have a copy of it in your email.
  2. Add your thoughts on the main points of your profile in the Tab added in your excel called “18 weeks later self review”
