Overview

  • Each session is around 30 minutes and is inspired from traditional yoga moves, with a lot of focus on breathing and continious movement. 
  • In order to make the most out of each session you should have a yoga mat, a towel and set of yoga blocks.
  • You can do the sessions in any order you desire, but it is recommended to follow them as designed.
  • The course consists of 12 sessions. The speed you go is up-to you. We recommend going for 6 times a week, but doing 3 session in a week is also totally fine. 3 sessions a week though is the minimum we recommend to give your body the opportunity to build that muscle memory and your mind to create a new habit.
  • Before move to the next level of difficulty you may need to repeat this course 1 or more times. That is totally normal as your will take some time to get used to this type of movements
