Prawns with creamed spinach!

We all lead very busy lives. But this does not have to compromise the quality of your meals.  Join me to cook live a delicious recipe in under 20 minutes, have fun and enjoy your meal with others.

You will need access to a hob, pan and Zoom on the day

Ingredients we will need

  • 250 gm prawns
  • 3-5 mussels
  • A cup of spinach
  • Cream
  • Fresh onion
  • Coriander
  • Broccoli,
  • 1 carrot
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, oil, lemon

We’ll then sit, eat and share the experience of tasty, nutritious lunch. We’ll also have time for questions and discussion.
